My husband and I have recently gone through the process of purchasing long-term care insurance and life insurance with Paul Hallmark from Capstone Planning Solutions. I am writing to you to let you know that Paul did a great job for us. He is knowledgeable, he gave us good advice, and he is patient even when we kept going back and forth about what we wanted. Then it took some time for us to get paperwork finished. Paul listened to us and did not try to sell us a policy that would not be right for us. We ended up with what we believe will be a very good policy. We would highly recommend Paul Hallmark at Capstone Planning Solutions.

I want to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated working with Paul Hallmark to purchase long-term care insurance. Paul was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us gain a firm understanding of the options and advantages of long-term care. His service was exceptional, and he was even adaptable to our west coast schedule which required some late mountain time evenings. I just wanted to send you a short note about my experience with Paul Hallmark at Capstone regarding my questions about the LTC insurance. Paul was extremely professional, and all my questions and concerns were answered promptly with all the pros and cons about the insurance. Even though I have decided not to sign up, Paul was very courteous and there was absolutely so pressure to change my mind. This was very much appreciated.

I recently worked with Paul Hallmark to obtain long-term care coverage. Long-term care coverage has been on my to-do list for several years. I celebrated my 60th birthday in March and decided it was time to stop procrastinating. I finally decided to complete the long-term care information request I received from the CSU Alumni Association. Within about a week, Paul Hallmark contacted me to schedule a webcast. The webcast was informative and did a good job of walking me through the process. Paul was always willing to answer my questions. I thought I was in fairly good health and was surprised at the underwriting process. Mass Mutual declined coverage. United Security was willing to cover me with reduced benefits. Due to Paul’s knowledge and persistence, I was finally approved for the applied benefits by Genworth. Paul Hallmark was instrumental to me in the long-term care coverage process.

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know about my experience with Paul Hallmark. Paul was very helpful through the entire process of choosing the proper long-term care insurance for me. He is very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had about LTC insurance.

I wanted to let you know how professional Paul Hallmark was to work with when exploring the possibility of long-term care. He spent a lot of time researching possible carriers for our particular health needs. 

Paul provided great documents for us to review along with an hour interview with my husband and me. Everything was easy to understand. 

I would highly recommend Paul as a resource to other members of the Society.

I am a COCPA member and my husband and I recently completed our Long-Term Care Insurance purchase through Paul Hallmark of Capstone Planning Solutions, LLC.   We felt that the service provided by Paul was exceptional. During our initial meeting with Paul, he took the time to understand our needs and present the best alternatives to us to meet those needs. We had done some previous shopping for plans and we felt that Paul had a much greater understanding of the plans and was able to meet our needs from both a financial and a time standpoint. We felt that Paul’s service was quick and flawless through the entire analysis and application process.   We feel like Paul Hallmark is an excellent resource for the COCPA and its members and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

We (Bill and I) are very satisfied with Paul’s service and patience explaining our many questions about the policies. He went above and beyond during the actual purchase as we had a family emergency during the process. We would recommend Paul to others seeking LTC insurance.

I recently worked with Paul because of the info I received from COCPA regarding LTC. Paul is a highly professional and knowledge expert in this area who I would recommend highly. My wife and I both purchased policies through Paul and are pleased with his process in taking the steps to secure our financial future.

Over the last several years, I’ve received quite a number of mailings with contact information for Paul Hallmark saying that he works with state employees in terms of long-term care insurance. Quite honestly, other things took a higher priority. Well, finally, my husband and I decided that we needed to look into long-term care, costs, and insurance.    We had met with two other financial advisors and had started the application process with them. Somehow it felt as though we were getting in over our head financially as far as what we could afford over time as our income became more fixed. Then we called Paul. He met with us on a Saturday morning and spent several hours explaining long-term care, what it can cost, and insurance that can help defray some of those costs. We felt that Paul was in “our corner,” so to speak, in terms of discussing coverage that was affordable as we head into retirement. He also explained how long-term care works in conjunction with other policies or coverage we may have. We really appreciated the time he spent with us and for the first time felt comfortable in taking the next step and applying for the coverage.   Well, in summary, we are really glad that we contacted him. From our viewpoint, he is doing a wonderful job for the state. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything so it’s easy to understand. When the policy was approved, Paul met with us again to go over it and outline the coverage again. If necessary, we would feel very comfortable if we had to call him to ask more questions.    Thank you.
